At 'My Care Package' we stand behind the products we sell. If there is a quality problem with your gift we will gladly replace or refund your money in full, minus shipping costs. If the gift is damaged in transit, please notify us immediately; goods may be returned within 7 working days in the original packaging for a full refund, replacement or exchange.
Please note, in the rare event of a product not being available in one of our Care Packages we will replace it with another of similar or greater value.
Consumer Guarantee Act
All purchases from this site are covered by the New Zealand Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 which guarantees that any goods purchased for personal use may be returned, if they are considered faulty, for repair, replacement or refund of purchase price within a reasonable period of time as defined by Act.
We use NZ Post Couriers to deliver our gifts safely. All our Care Packages are automatically tracked and sent on an overnight courier. We deliver Monday – Friday.
Our target is to deliver overnight, once your parcel has been dispatched. We use NZ Post and deliver to all NZ Post addresses. If you are unsure about this please check here: https://www.nzpost.co.nz/tools...

WE ONLY DELIVER IN NEW ZEALAND
Once your order has been made we will send it on or before the following working day. The service we use is NZ Post Couriers overnight delivery. In the event the person is not home, a calling card will be left. It is then the responsibility of the recipient to organise re-delivery at a time that suits them.
NZ Post Couriers do not 100% guarantee the package will arrive the following day and if your order misses its target it usually arrives the following week day. Rural delivery can sometimes take an extra day. We do not send or deliver on weekends or public holidays. You will be sent a tracking number once your parcel is with the courier and will be able to track it to the door. We do not guarantee specific dates and times for delivery. NZ Post do not ring or text the recipient on or near delivery.
** You are responsible for providing us with the correct delivery information - My Care Package will not accept any responsibility for incorrect addresses**
If your parcel is being delivered to an apartment - please make sure the person can safely and securely receive parcels.
Once your parcel has been delivered or had an attempted delivery by NZ Post Couriers, it is no longer the responsibility of My Care Package.
Unfortunately we do not ship outside of New Zealand at this time.
We will confirm via email when your order is on its way and provide you with a tracking number so you know when your Care Package arrives at its destination.
All our Care Packages come beautifully wrapped in an eco friendly black paper-cloth and are boxed in our high quality signature box ready for delivery. Where breakable or perishable items are included in your Care Package extreme care and extra packaging is applied for a safe arrival. A free gift card is included and your message will be added if you wish, otherwise we can write one for you or send your card blank - just let us know!
We accept Visa and MasterCard through the secure Stripe Payment gateway. The credit card information is transmitted in encrypted form to the credit card company for processing. It is used only for the current transaction and it is not stored.
Yes you can pay for your order by internet banking. Just ring or email us and we will send you the details. Your Care Package will be dispatched once the payment has cleared.
