We continue to deliver on weekdays only (excluding public holidays) - and use contactless overnight delivery by NZ Post Couriers. Non-Signature & Non-Contact Courier is our current option for delivery.
All parcels have an overnight delivery target once sent, but NZ Post do not guarantee this or specific delivery dates or times - please allow more time for delivery under the current alert level.
The service we use is NZ Post Couriers overnight delivery. In the event the person is not home, a calling card will be left. It is then the responsibility of the recipient to organise re-delivery at a time that suits them.

STANDARD overnight courier $12 NZ Wide - INCLUDES RURAL (Rural delivery can take at least one extra working day). Weekdays only - no weekend or public holiday delivery.
We've created beautiful Care Package gifts for every occasion and we move them around the country as quickly as we can - our target is to deliver overnight, once your parcel has been dispatched. WE ONLY DELIVER IN NEW ZEALAND
NZ Post Couriers do not 100% guarantee the package will arrive the following day and if your order misses its target it usually arrives the following week day. Rural delivery can sometimes take an extra day. We do not send or deliver on weekends or public holidays. You will be sent a tracking number once your parcel is with the courier and will be able to track it to the door.
** You are responsible for providing us with the correct delivery information - My Care Package will not accept any responsibility for incorrect addresses**
If your parcel is being delivered to an APARTMENT - please make sure the person can safely and securely receive parcels.
Once your parcel has been delivered or had an attempted delivery by NZ Post Couriers, it is no longer the responsibility of My Care Package.
Please make sure you include the persons name, as well as the name of the business you are sending your Care Package to. You are responsible for giving us accurate delivery information, otherwise your parcel may go undelivered or face major delays.
For hospital deliveries, please make sure you know the name of the hospital, patient and the ward / room they are staying in. Please make sure you also know how long they are in hospital for. Courier deliveries are dropped off at the main mail room. The courier is only responsible for delivery to this area, it is then the responsibility of hospital staff to get the gift to the intended recipient.
